Payments Accepted
We accept payments by cash, check, Zelle, Paypal and credit card at the time of service.
How long does the cleaning take?
It will always depend on what needs to be cleaned. Our team will text you when we are on our way and when we are finished.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
It's your choice, but we kindly request that you make your home easily accessible for us when you're not home. Choose the way that works best for you: a spare key access is preferred by many customers, but if it isn't practical, other alternatives like leaving a safe deposit or providing alarm codes offer secure convenience as well.
What areas do you service?
We currently service Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County.
What about the necessary cleaning supplies?
Our team can bring along all the supplies and tools we need for cleaning (including vacuum and mop), as well use the ones provided by our costumers. It depends on your will.
Is Ms Joy pet friendly?
Yes, we love pets! To ensure they stay safe while we work, please let us know what type of pets you have so that we can take special care not to cause any unneccessary alarm or stress. If they happen to be aggresive, we kindly ask that you keep them outside or in a secured space while our professional housecleaners are present.
